Chapter 6

Adira’s POV

It didn’t take long for the pack doctor to clear me of any injuries and said what I had to be suffering from was an internal emotional battle with myself. Something painful had to of triggered me to lose my memory or that my wolf was doing this to protect me. Every time I tried to remember my life before I woke up, it brought on a headache from hell that almost took me to my knees.

“Don’t push yourself to remember. It will come back to you in all good time.” The pack doctor told me as he watched me hold my head in pain.

I was glad to hear that my memories would come back to me, but what was I to do in the meantime, not knowing who I was, or where I came from. Turning to Blaze, I asked, “Until then what am I to do?”

“I’m sure Alpha Liam won’t put you out. You’re not a danger to our pack so I am sure he will let you stay here in the meantime.” Blaze said as we began to walk out of the infirmary and towards the packhouse that sat further away from the training area.
