Nighty Night, Clary

Clary turned in the direction of the group of popular girls. Her heart was pounding in her chest and her palms were sweating but she was tired of being bullied. She was going to stand up for herself.

She walked towards the group and heard one of them say, “Uh-oh, the omega’s mad,” causing the whole group to erupt in fits of laughter.

“Excuse me? What did you say?” Clary asked bravely when she was standing right in front of the group of girls. Her body was almost visibly shaking due to how nervous she was. But she knew that this needed to be done.

One of the popular girls, the one that was the head of the group, whose name was Sasha, stepped forward. “Oh, I think that you heard what I said, trashbag.” She laughed in Clary’s face.

A few people noticed what was happening and gathered around. Some started recording while others watched in silence.
