In a distance, a silhouette moved silently through the shadows and it turns out to be a woman in a dark cloak.She stopped at the edge of a clearing as her eyes scanned the darkness. She could see the large house in the distance, the glow of candlelight spilling out through the windows.She approached the house slowly and steadily. She knew the guard was on patrol but she also knew his routine. She waited patiently, hidden in the shadows, until other guards moved past her position.With a silent breath, the woman sneaked into the house without making any sound. She knew the layout of the house well because she had visited many times before but tonight was different.She crept through the corridors, stopping only to listen for any sound that might alert the sleeping occupants. She was almost at her destination when she heard a noise, it was footsteps, coming from the other direction.
