"Sir?" I heard my secretary call and from the way she was staring at me, it was obvious that it wasn't the first time she had called ny name. I had been so lost in thoughts and the only thing that had filled my head was Elena.

I could not figure out what was going on with me.

"What seems to be the problem?" I cleared my throat and adjusted myself to sit upright in my office chair.

"The board you were scheduled to have a meeting with is here now and they are waiting for you sir." She continued to say, there was evident worry in her eyes for me and I wanted her to stop right there.

"Alright, thank you for the information." I nodded at her and stood to my feet while she led the way, carrying with her the necessary files that I needed.
