Chapter Thirty-one

My eyes widened as she revealed this information to me. My drink went down the wrong pipe and I coughed uncontrollably. I know humans were a part of their diet but it kind of made me glad that my Witch side took over. I didn't want to have that urge to feed on those that inherently looked like me.

"Wow okay, that was graphic. I really did see every detail in my head," it wasn't pretty either.

"The way you describe the hunt, it's kind of the same thing for us Vamps. All you need to do is stare at them intensely and just like that, they're yours but I- I don't enjoy doing that anymore," Rachel gulped another immense amount of liquor. I figured her mind had reminded her of her last night with Tilly and the chaos that had ensued.
