Amelia’s point of view:
I stopped munching and narrowed my eyes at the hand reaching for my plate.It must have felt my stare as it promptly yet smoothly moved my plate across the table.I trailed my eyes up until they pinned down on Alejandro.Feeling my gaze on him, he stilled before looking at me.I tipped my head up and arched a brow at him.He completely ignored me as he switched his plate with mine.I forced the bite down my throat before shouting at him. “What are you doing? Give it back!” I reached for my plate of pancakes but he swatted my hands away.“You can eat mine.” He shrugged nonchalantly as if it was no big of a deal that he just stole my food.“Give it back now or else…” I trailed off when I was unable to think of something I could threaten him with.“Or else… what?” He provoked me.Oh boy! Amelia's point of view: I opened the kitchen cupboards and stretched upward on tiptoes to pull down a set of nestled, metal jars. “Shit!” I cussed out loud when they slipped out of my hands.
