Chapter Four: We Are Both Adult.

EMILY'S POV

As he turned walking towards his car, all of a sudden he stopped and faced me again. No expression on his face. I looked at him with keen eyes wondering what his answer might be and got scared thinking that he might say no since he’d been rather quiet.

“You think I would say no when a beautiful lady is inviting me out?" I almost jumped on him, hearing his answer but I held myself back and smiled at him instead.

"Really? Then I think we should go now before the sun starts setting," I said and the man looked at me confused but he did not ask any questions.

I planned to have a date with the man and have him drop me home so that people could see the handsome man I snatched for myself. I knew before daybreak, the news would have reached that jerk and he would know I have better options than him.

The plan might sound cheap but that is what I wanted for myself...I do not want to be looked down on, any longer so I was going to define my importance.

"But if you are going out with me, the bills will be on you due to damage done to my car and you will have to change your dress. I would not want it to look like I hijacked someone's bride," he says and I nod my head agreeing with him.

The damage to the car is minor, so we can still use it to move around. I dropped by a boutique to get a dress and I changed into it before we drove to a restaurant downtown.

The sun was already setting when we got to the restaurant and I was surprised to find the restaurant empty when we entered it.

"Did we come to a restaurant that is closing down soon?" I asked him and he shrugged his shoulders. I noticed that it was his habit when he didn't want to answer questions.

I waited for the waiter to ask for our order so we could get it so that I could carry out my plan of flaunting him around that night after we finish eating.

"Don't you think they are slow... Why haven't they come for... " I was saying but my words got cut off when I saw the waiters pushing a food cart towards us.

"What is this? Did you order this already? I thought you said I'd be paying." I asked and he shook his head. “Don't worry, you'll pay some other time.”

I started to get suspicious of the man's identity. It might be my mistake to think of him as an ordinary man but what if his identity is not ordinary? I heard that the driver shouted ‘Alpha Lucien’ before he ran away, does it mean, he is an Alpha?

The waiters served the food and I feast my eyes on the dishes on the table and my stomach grumbled loudly.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean that.." I say but he shakes his head.

"Let's eat," he said, placing food in my front and I bowed gently.

"I guess your groom is a jerk, right?" He asked and I chuckled hearing that as I placed food in my mouth.

"Yes, he is a crazy disgusting jerk…" I fumed, I got carried away with the bitterness in my heart before I realized, I trailed off seeing that I had just fallen into the man's trap and I raised my head to see him smirking at me.

"You tricked me!" I yelled, giving him an angry face and he snarled hearing my accusing voice.

"Cheers to that!" He said raising his wine glass and I smiled, also picking mine up and toasting for no reason.

"But don't you think your family would be worried to find you missing...I mean even though something did happen, running away isn't going to help," he said and I shrugged my shoulders.

I found the man easy to talk to and his presence calmed me down. Since I just clocked 18, and this was my first time tasting wine, I consumed a lot of it and if the man knew, maybe he would have talked me out of it.

"Who are you?" I asked, looking at the man with my face flushed and a crazy look in my eye." Are you drunk already?" I heard the man ask in an amused voice and I hissed.

"Oh, you drank the whole bottle," he said in realization but I decided to get closer to him since he suddenly seemed far away.

I was already intoxicated with the wine, and it was messing with my senses but I still found myself leaving my seat and walking towards him.

"Ahh, this seems comfortable," I say sitting on his lap and I watched the man give me a curious look.

"What are you doing?" I heard him ask but I just slurred playfully.

"Nothing much…just trying to see you close up," I answered, staring into his keen eyes and I felt my desires build up.

"Did you want to sleep with me?" I mumbled, wrapping my hands around his neck catching him by surprise and I heard him chuckle, which made me ache down there.

I suddenly felt strange being close to him. I thought it was the wine and nothing more.

"Are you so attracted to me that you can't wait, huh?" The man asked, spanking my butt and I moaned gently, maybe I was drunk because I felt myself doing naughty things.

"Yeah, at least we are both adults…I mean I became an adult today so there is nothing wrong if we have a little fun," I slurred and heard him chuckle.

His laughter brightened through the room.

Moon goddess! He is so perfect!

"So what do you say?" I slurred touching his face and giggled like a maniac.

"I should listen to you since you can't wait, there is no reason to delay," he said before I could utter another senseless word. He smashed his lips on mine and I felt my body hot.

I felt my body moving in the air as the man started kissing me and carried me to one of the guest lodges in the restaurant. I met his energy as I kissed him in my amateurish way.

I heard a door slam shut and my body on a soft bed. That was the last thing I remembered as I got lost in my fairyland…the one that the strange handsome man created for me that night.
