I went around to relax. That Tiger had really got on my nerves. “Like has he got nuts?” I uttered. He took undue advantage of my situation. Christiana's point of view Today of all days I was going to enjoy, after all, I was going to visit my only brother and wanted to celebrate my only living bond. I hoped and prayed. I had no idea how much I have been waiting for that to happen. The whole day with Abraham! It has been over a couple of months since I saw my brother. The last few months I had spent on finding ways to visit him. I had applied an application through the lawyer in court to meet my brother. But a majority of times it got rejected. Tiger – my husband rushed to me with the plum cake – he rushed to the gates of the prison, taking the plum cake, fruits, waffles, and croissants which, I had bought for my brother and had forgotten in the car in hurry. I was outside the gates of ‘Burbank City Jail’. “Thank you,” I grabbed all of them from him whilst thanking him.I was to enter inside but, “Madam, please wait. You cannot take all of this inside. It is against our law and protocol.” The guards outside did not allow me to enter. My fear turned out to be true.“But…” I spoke softly.“Madam, I am sorry. Christiana’s point of viewOugh!“I am tired,” I mumbled. “I cannot wait any more,” I said to myself while rushing to the bus stop. Huh! Luckily, I did not have hard luck that time. I got the bus very easily. “Ah! I do not have to wait.” I sighed. “Huh!” I took a deep breath. After twenty minutes I arrived at the mansion. I was early than usual. I usually used to come by six in the evening, but that day was different.“Wow!”“You are back.” Miss Daisy said to me while welcoming me.“Yes, Miss Daisy,” I said to her while giving a warm hug to her. I stole a glance from outside the glowing red sun while opening the windows and reached out to turn off the night lights in my room.
