RAINA’S POV

Before the sun rose, I decided to run a few miles before hitting the gym later.

When I got to the Training Center, I dropped my gym bag on a bench on the shaded patio and peeled my blouse off before heading into the yard to stretch.

Knowing that the Elders didn’t work on the weekends sort of made this Saturday morning peaceful.

As the sun gradually peeked up, its gentle rays started to spill over the hills that surrounded the building. I stopped stretching long enough to admire it.
