The routine is making Mehr bored. Waking up, cooking breakfast, having it with Zoya, going to school, coming back, cooking dinner, eating with Zoya again, then she'll start getting talky and touchy with Mashkur, and won't leave the young couple to have time for themselves and Mehr knew she's doing it on purpose.
