Chapter 5

             (MELISSA'S POV)

I woke up and rubbed off sleep from my eyes now that I'm in human world I feel weak unlike in Atlantica where I work all the time without getting tired. 

My stomach grumble and I sighed. I'm so hungry I stood up from the bed and walked out of the room to where there were big boxes of human rocks that spread down towards the sitting room where we first met yesterday.

 I gently and carefully climbed down the human Rock and I smiled when I reached the end I looked around the entire sitting room as he called it but couldn't find what to eat. Remembering the sea I smiled happily and immediately opened the door and ran out of the house towards the sea. 

I reach there and looked around making sure no one was around, I pulled off the clothes he gave me and kept it on a rock and looking back one more time I entered the water and my legs changed to tail instantly.

 "My precious glow tail" I flipped it and swam deeper into the sea in search of fishes and I smiled when I saw a group of them coming towards me.

I picked up two and started eating them hungrily, I picked up more and ate until I was filled up. careful not to go close to Atlantica's portal, I swam out of the water with my tail changing back to legs and I picked up the clothes I removed, wore it back and headed back to the leaf boy's house.

I sat down thinking of how my leaf boy will send me back to Atlantica when he comes back as he said.

I don't want to go back there and if he gets to know he will send me back there so I am going to tell him that my home is far away and they sent me out so I came here and I have nowhere else to go.

 Yes!!! sounds great this is what I will tell him I smiled and clapped my hands grinning happily.

                        ASHER'S POV

I drove into my Beach House, climbed the pouch and opened the door to hear play giggle coming from inside the house.

I totally forgot about the insane girl Melissa that's her name I guess.

I stood by the door looking at her as she clapped and giggled. This lady is sure not okay I mean who claps and giggles alone in a house where she is the only one in.

Why are you giggling I asked and she turned and smiled happily at me. My leaf boy you are back welcome hope your work was not stressful she asked and I shook my head. 

Is she seriously calling a picture leaf? And because she saw me in the picture I automatically turned into her leaf boy "what a psycho girl.

Have you had something to eat? I totally forgot that was no food when I left and she must have been hungry but to my astonishment she nodded and I gasped surprised.

Do You mean you have had something to eat I asked her again and she nodded yet again. "wow where did you get money to buy food" I asked.

"What is money? she asked and I frowned. Did I forget she was insane.

"What did you eat" I asked. Fishes she replied and I widened my eye.

"Where did you got them" I asked her and she gave me another shocking answer.

"You mean you went into the sea and got fishes to eat? Yes she replied shrugging.

OMG!!!!! Come let's go to the hospital I said and she Frowned. " What is hospital" she asked and I ignored her.

  

I dragged her outside and open the car door for her. "Get in" I said and she shifted back you mean I should get inside the house" she asked and I nodded.

She got in and I close the door. I started the ignition and moved the car but she gave out a piercing scream and I jumped on my seat.

"what is the matter with you? what's going on? are you okay? I asked getting worried thinking something happened to her.

 She started shaking and convulsing. Quickly I parked the car and she immediately stopped shaking.

"Why is your house moving" she asked tears streaming down her eyes.

"I sighed as it finally dawned on me why she was shaking and convulsing, it was all because she is insane.

I shook my head and drove off as she continued screaming and shouting and when I decided to turn up the music volume to lessen her screams, she started wailing saying the king sent his guards and they are after her.

Moments later I stopped hearing her voice then I glanced at her to find her already snoring with her mouth agape.This lady is a turn in my flesh.

We soon arrived at the hospital and I woke her up and held her hand slowly taking her to the doctor's office.

Dr.sam greeted me when I entered his office and glanced at the lady with me as his eyes glowed.

Sam is my personal doctor and my best friend and there was no other doctor I can trust to handle her issue. I ought to have taken her to a psychiatric hospital but I wanted doctor sam to first examine her to know if her condition was bad.

I explained her condition and everything she has been altering ever since she came to my house naked in the middle of the night. He carried out some test on her and asked us to wait for a while.

he glanced at the girl sitting beside them quietly looking around doctor Sam's office as though she hasn't seen one before.

"Are you hungry I asked her and she nodded. Doctor we will be back soon let me get her something to eat I said to Dr Sam and he nodded we stood up and headed to the hospital's cafeteria.

What would you like to eat I asked her and she shook her head. "I don't know any human food she said and I sighed.

stay here and don't go anywhere I said to her and she nodded, I stood up and went to the counter to order her food.

I ordered pasta and a bottle of Coca-Cola for her. Dropping the food on the table I gave her the cutlery but to my greatest surprise, she dropped the cutlery on the table and started eating with her hands.

"Oh my god what are you doing for Christ sake" I asked. She ignored me and I decided to let her be. Bringing out my phone, I opened my email and replied some messages.

After I was done replying messages I glanced up didn't see her on her sit. I looked around the whole cafeteria and sighed in relief as I saw her coming from the counter patting her stomach and grinning from ear to ear.

"Where did you go to" I asked . " I went to have more human food she replied and smiling.

What do you mean by human food I asked and she pointed at the finished pasta and Coca-Cola on the table.

"You mean this wasn't enough" I chuckled and she nodded.

Ok I went to the counter to pay and the attendant told me the shock of my life.

You mean she took 5 whole bottles of Coca-Cola and 3 plates of pasta I asked and he nodded.

I can't believe this. Just who is this lady I couldn't help but wonder. I paid and went back to the tabe not find her Missing again.

Ahhhhhh!!!!!!!!!! Can you at least have a little pity on me I yelled attracting the eyes of most customers.
