ALMOST DONE - II

Loui calmly let go of Irina's grip in one jolt, then pulled a sheet of iron cover on the side of the furnace —closing the hole immediately. In an instant the huge hole was completely closed.

Loui could only hear Irina's screams after the hearth had been stuffed with thick iron sheets.

"Sorry, Irina. This is not the day I died." Loui's monologue before he finally made his way down the stairs and looked for the rest of the castle's inhabitants. Lucien, and Victoria of course.

The forest that Ash and Damien had previously used as a place to fight was quiet again as before being touched by the two. Only the chirping of owls can be heard when the night is on duty to replace all the carefree chirping that only appears when the sky is clear.

A pair of feet entered the forest, occasionally stopping in their tracks while looking around —scanning every corner.
