Rex handed him an envelope and sat back

"are you sure you want to buy this share from the Lawson's, because they seem really adamant..." Rex said worriedly

" Leave that to me all I need you to do us get them to sign the documents in whichever way you know, it's only then I can have the company for myself if not other board members might want to buy it first"

" Okay I will try, I think they will buy it this time, I heard Mrs Lawson is at the hospital"

" Then I need you to increase the amount we are paying in double folds, so they'll be attracted... I think that's all for now"

" Yh that's all, let me leave you to your thing"Rex said and head out

After Rex left the office, Damien left his office for his private lounge and called Sean in

"Find me someone who knows the rule" he ordered in a cold voice

" Yes sir"Sean bowed and left

Aiden was getting impatient with the way both genders were approaching him at the bar until another guy came again

"Hi cutie, you seem lonely, mind if I sit?" the guy asked politely

" Yh sure suit yourself." Aiden said and concentrate more on his drink

"I know you somewhere... I just can't remember..."

" Me?...nah..." Aiden smiled

" The café, I do see you there" the guy said

" Hmmm, maybe. "Aiden said

"I will love to be a friend of yours..." the guy said as he handed Aiden his phone, just then Aiden received a call

"Sorry I have to take this..." he said and told the bartender he wants to use the restroom

"Okay sir. I will look after your drink" the Bartender replied

Aiden went to make the call in the restroom

"hey Justine, where are you manning?"

" Shit dude. I..I..left the club already, sorry man." Justine stutter

" f*ck you man, you left me here just wait till I'm back you're screwed" Aiden swore angrily

Damien wasn't satisfied with the sex he just had, he became angry

"don't let me see him again, just get him paid"He ordered

"Yes Sir" Sean answered

"shit, why us none if them giving me what I want" he sighed

Damien stood up and wore his clothes in frustration

"let see if that blonde is up to some good"Damien smirked

Damien left for the bar and instructed only Sean to follow him

"What of about blonde guy?" Damien asked the Bartender

"he Left for the restroom earlier sir..." The bartender bowed

"Very well." Damien said and left for the restroom

Sean walked in to the restroom quietly and whispered to one person

"Y'all should leave here gently. It doesn't tell the blonde guy" he whispered

The guy did as instructed immediately,, and They all start to leave, Aidenn who was in the toilet didn't notice this,, so he continued with his business, by the time he came out the whole place was empty

"Where's everyone...well it's better...I can think straight….buy why would that shithead bring me to a shitty Place like this...the people here disgust me so much" Aiden ranted as he washed his hands and he didn't notice Damien's present in the restroom

"You seem stressed dear...want me to help you out" Damien said coldly

I was really getting tired if this place while hopefully waiting for him to call me home not knowing he Left already, ahhh... what a pain In the as, but then I noticed the restroom is empty

"Where's everyone...well it's better... I can think straight….buy why would that shithead bring me to a shitty Place like this...the people here disgust me so much" I though aloud, but then a voice interrupted me

"You seem stressed dear...want me to help you out.... relief the stress" the voice sounds really domineering

It's hard to believe, but I loved it, it sent cold shivers down my spine.I know it's one of the gays, So I have to be strong for myself

"so you're one of them right... those who can't keep their cock without sharing…"

" Hmmm.... confidence… I love that...and I can see you're new here "

The way he said those words start to make me feel frightened, merely looking at him, he looks like someone if power, so I dare not pass my boundaries, but I must not show that I'm weak or else I will be taken advantage of

"And so… I'm new so what?" I asked

" you've got guts boy, I love that" he smirked and starts to walk close to me

I could read lust written all over his face

"you seem to older, stronger and even got power...but I don't care and stop staring at me that way I'm not your kind... I don't like men" I said immediately even though I was getting frightened

I pushed him and tried to leave the restroom but was shocked to see guards who look fierce I got scared

"You want to walk out on me…" he chuckled wryly

"Come here this instant" he said, and I can feel the tone he used immediately I walked to him

"I won't harm you, I want you to have a drink with me and see if I might change your preference" he said with a smile

I was confused a little, but I quickly questioned his statement

"Preference?... I'm not changing that … I don't like men….sir.." I swallowed hard

"Shit what have I gotten myself into" I sighed

"well I like you, so I want to know you more while we talk over some bottles of vodka" he smiled

"I must say...this guy is really handsome in whatever mood he is, but his smile is heart melting". I thought inwardly

"Aiden, you've got into trouble and yet you still admire him" my subconscious warned me

Damien left the restroom while Aiden followed him innocently till they got to his private lounge

  • MINE ALONE    CHAPTER 14: The Kidnapping

A few minutes ago, while the ballroom was still a blur of motion and music, Mike had leaned against the stone balcony, a cold, calculated look in his eyes. He whispered into a small earpiece, "He’s left my side. He went out for some fresh air—this is our window. Make sure the room is ready." He spotted Aiden standing alone in the shadows of the garden. A stranger had approached the boy, but Mike stepped in quickly to maintain control of his prize. "Get away from him," Mike shooed the stranger with a dismissive wave. "Why would you do that? He was only trying to have a conversation," Aiden argued, frustrated by the constant interference of the people in this world. "Eh! He almost deceived you. Didn’t the person who brought you here teach you the ethics of strange places?" Mike warned, his voice dripping with mock concern. "Err… let’s not talk about him for now. It’s a waste of time," Aiden hissed, the thought of Damien and Jessica making his chest tighten with fresh annoyance. M

  • MINE ALONE    CHAPTER 13: Unexpected Encounters

"Why am I even at this party full of high-class citizens? It's not like we had… sex more than once," I murmured to myself, leaning against a pillar in the corner of the grand ballroom. The words felt bitter on my tongue. I was just a student from a café, a temporary distraction in a world of silk and secrets. "What did you say?" a voice interrupted sharply from behind me. "Ugh! Sorry for disturbing you," I blurted out, spinning around and bowing instinctively. I started to walk away, my face burning with embarrassment, but a hand reached out and grabbed my wrist. "Seems you don’t remember me again… and after I sent you that text." I blinked, looking up into a pair of familiar, playful eyes. "Ohhh, it’s you… Mike! Finally, I can talk to someone I actually understand," I said, a genuine smile breaking through my anxiety. "Yeah, of course it’s me. How have you been, Aiden? And tell me, are you related to the Smiths? I saw you arrive with them earlier," he asked, raising an eyebrow

  • MINE ALONE    CHAPTER 12: Jessica’s Arrival

Sean had known the moment he heard Jessica’s sharp, entitled voice over the phone that the evening’s peace was over. He had stood at the edge of the dining hall for several minutes, watching the silhouette of Damien and Aiden through the glass. He had seen something he hadn't seen in years: Damien looking genuinely relaxed, even amused. "Sir..." Sean had hesitated, almost turning back to give his boss just ten more minutes of happiness. But Damien’s eyes, sharp as a hawk’s, had already locked onto him. "What is it?" Damien asked, his voice returning to that cold, clipped Japanese. "Miss Jessica called," Sean reported, bowing his head. "She said she is landing in Japan tonight and will be attending the party." "Jessica!" Damien’s fists clenched on top of the tablecloth, the fine linen wrinkling under his grip. The brief warmth that had filled the air between him and Aiden vanished instantly, replaced by a biting chill. Aiden, who had been halfway through a piece of tempura, stop

  • MINE ALONE    CHAPTER 11: A Private Dinner

It was exactly 5 p.m. when the designated driver arrived at the mansion. Aiden lingered at the door for a moment, feeling a strange mix of nerves and anticipation, before finally sliding into the plush leather interior of the car. "Sir, we will be heading to the restaurant. Master Damien has reserved the entire venue," the driver informed him. "Okay… no problem," Aiden replied, though his heart did a little somersault. He kept his eyes glued to his phone, trying to act like a private restaurant buyout was a totally normal occurrence for a student who usually lived on instant ramen and café leftovers. When they arrived, Aiden’s cool exterior crumbled. The architecture was a stunning blend of traditional Japanese woodwork and modern glass. "Wow! This is beautiful! Look at those paintings," he exclaimed, snapping a few quick photos. He needed proof for Justine—and himself—that this wasn't just a vivid dream. As he was led through the grand dining hall, he noticed the eerie silence. A

  • MINE ALONE    CHAPTER 10: Preparations and Secrets

"So, you mean Damien had memory loss regarding the incident, and none of you really know the full story of what he saw?" Aiden asked, leaning forward. The weight of Mrs. Kate’s story made the luxurious room feel suddenly cold."Yes… he never opened up to anyone. And he’s told us never to call him Charlton since the day he woke up," Mrs. Kate replied, her voice dropping to a cautious whisper."But why? It’s just a name.""I noticed that whenever we do, he gets these terrible headaches—and sometimes he ends up in the hospital," she whispered, looking toward the door. "Let me tell you a little secret…" She leaned in closer."What is it?" Aiden whispered back, caught up in the tension."Hey! You don’t have to whisper back," she scolded playfully, hitting his arm lightly."Oh… then why are you whispering? We’re the only ones in the room!" Aiden chuckled, the heavy mood breaking for a second."Err… yeah, true," she laughed dryly, and Aiden burst into a genuine fit of laughter."You really a
