The hospital corridor that morning felt brighter than usual. Fresh air drifted in through a slightly open window. Nurses bustled about pushing medicine trolleys, and doctors made their routine rounds.

In Reno’s VIP room, the atmosphere was different. The little boy sat on the edge of the bed with a wide smile, his face glowing with happiness. The news he had been waiting for had finally arrived—he was allowed to go home.

“Daddy!” Reno called out excitedly when Samuel walked in. “Reno can go home now, right?”
