Chapter 16

STEVEN POV

Since we where being followed we did not stop to refuel, we ended up abandoning the chopper and going wolf all the way. We accepted each other back and I thought it will go back to normal but Cody was distant. Ever since we left that sigma wolf back there he has been dangerously quite, I can feel his anger and anxious through the bond. I want to ask him what is that wax wolf to him but he is blocking my link.

We took 4 minutes breaks so to make a large gap between us and those following us. It took 2 days for us to get to the mountains and then a whole day to get through, it had traps and it was way difficult than I thought. But Cody took the lead and we all just followed, I was at the the back with Ben so I ask him who wax was and he looked terrified of the question so I dropped it.

We got to the house and it was a mass, Ben and I stook guard at the door while Cody and his friends did their thing. After a while he spoke.

Cody- we need to separate!
