Excited to be called his Luna

 It's been seven days since I have been in the pack house. I was still waiting for the day Jason would tell everyone that I was his mate. Each passing day left me more confused. Jason didn't allow me to touch him or do anything related to being a Luna, but I made sure that I did something that was going to make everyone like me.

 This morning, I got up from bed and left to clean Jason's office.

 "Get me the bowl," I said, and a lady came to me with a bowl filled with water.

 "I would advise that you stop going to the Alpha's office," she said looking into my eyes.

 "Why did you say that?"

 "I overheard that the Alpha is going to introduce his mate to us today,"

 I smiled and wanted to ask her more questions, but I needed to carry myself with pride, and I was so happy that Jason wanted to introduce me to everyone as his mate.

 "Let her come," I said. "Only then will I choose whether to stop cleaning his office or not."

 I could hear two ladies laugh at my word.

 "An ordinary guest would be humiliated today," someone said, and I was about to speak, but chose to save my speech till Jason announced that I was his Luna.

 "Thank you," I said, and left to clean Jason's office, where I met Jason.

 "What are you doing here?" he asked. "Don't dirty your beautiful hand."

 A smile formed on my face, knowing that Jason likes my hands, but there was no emotion in his eyes when he spoke to me.

 "Alright, I would call someone to do it,"

 I was ready to let everyone know that Jason cares for me, but I was surprised by the next thing he said.

 "You can clean this place," he said. "I would leave."

 I watched him go out of his office and dropped the bucket to the ground, and was about to get angry.

 "No, I mustn't get angry over such a trivial thing," I said to myself. "He would introduce me as his mate today."

 I closed my eyes, smiled, and began to clean the office. Done cleaning his office, I went to return the bowl and left for the living room, where I saw Jason talking to his Beta.

 "She must look beautiful when I am about to introduce her to everyone," I heard him say. "Let some ginger coloured clothes be delivered to her."

 I remembered how my sister and I loved putting on ginger coloured clothes, but I had to abandon the idea of wearing that colour of clothes after her death.

 "My thoughts should only be about how Jason is going to introduce me to his people," I thought to myself and walked to my room.

 Getting to my room, I took my phone and thought of what number I should dial first.

 "Let me call mother, first,"

 I called the woman whom I had taken as my mother ten years ago, and couldn't help but giggle.

 "Mother," I called. "Jason is going to introduce his mate to everyone."

 She was so happy for me and showered me with blessings.

 "Alright mother, I would like to inform Maria,"

 After the call with my mother, I called Maria who was excited to hear that from me.

 "I am so happy with that," she said after I told her about what Jason was planning.

 After the call ended, I sat majestically on the bed as I practised how I was going to do when I was called out as the Alpha's mate. I couldn't hold my excitement, and my cheek reddened.

 "I need to take my bath,"

 While taking my bath, I thought of how elegant I would look in the ginger coloured dress.

 "Does Jason know that my favourite colour is ginger?"

 When I was young, I never told him that my favourite colour was ginger. My sister told him hers but I didn't tell him mine due to my father's restriction.

 "His wolf might have sensed it,"

 A side of my mind told me that he was going to introduce me as his mate while the other side told me otherwise."

 "Stop talking to me, demon," I said with a smile on my face.

 Waiting for a thing like this made me nervous but I needed to make myself happy. I needed to take it easy on myself.

 After leaving the room, I asked to be brought my meal and ate. During my one week of staying here, I noticed that Jason loved eating alone apart from when he wanted to speak to his people, that is, me, and his Beta.

 As a model, I knew how well it would be to look presentable so I needed to wash my face.

 "I need to look presentable," I said after eating, and requested an eyeliner since that was what I didn't have with me.

 "Why is she so excited?" I heard someone say. "Does she want to outshine the Alpha's mate?"

 Ignoring their words, I collected the eye pencil and walked upstairs where I began to do my makeup.

 "No, this looks bad on me," I said and wiped my eyes with a soft towel. "I am so happy."

 After wiping my makeup five times, I let out a sigh. In the modelling industry, my makeup was always done by my makeup artist, but here I was trying to do my makeup by myself.

 "I should watch some makeup tutorials,"

 I began to do my makeup after watching the video, and it was smooth.

 "Perfect," I said and took the lipstick box in my hand then applied a color that matched the one that was on my eyes to my lips. "He is going to get me a ginger colored dress."

 A smile formed on my lips as I thought of how perfectly the dress was going to fit me.

 "I am going to wait here till afternoon, and maybe apply more touches to my makeup,"

 With a smile on my face, I walked to my bed and sat on it then I took a picture of my look.

 "I am going to post this online after he announces to everyone,"
