CHAPTER 47 – THE SPIRIT OF THE FOREST TAKE A REVENGE
The subdivision developer chief engineer of the forest sends an emissary to Dexter, telling him, his help, is badly needed, begging him to help them, find a way to solve their problem, the forest spirits are intervening their works, and hampered their operation. If they will not able to find ways to solve their problems, they will not meet the deadline, it will mean a big loss to the company. Their CEO cannot allow this to happen, the blame will fall on them, they will force the men working bellow, to do nasty work, to have result, at all cost or else they will lost their jobs.

Dexter is silently watching his target from the horizon, he calculated that the deer is possibly 600 meters away from him. Dexter takes a shelter in the trunk of a big tree, the whole night. It is very scarry, there are different sound coming from the forest. Dexter cannot see anything. He readies his gun to fire in anything that may pose danger to him. The forest is tricky and no one knows what things or animals may put his life in danger. But he is fighting something that he cannot see and subdue, it is the terrible freezing cold in the forest. Something he is not prepare to combat with. Slowly Dexter gain consciousness he opens his eyes but was dazzled by the strong light of the sun coming from the window. He looks on the other direction and try to figure out where he is. Dexter is still weak and cannot walk, but he can see and hear the men, who passed by near the hut, where he is lying. He wonders why they cannot see the hut or hear his shout.
