After their lengthy conversation about their current relationship, Dario and Madie made their way downstairs to the kitchen. It was almost dinner and Dario wanted to make sure that Madie was fed well.
The events and conversation from earlier were stuck in his head. As much as he wanted to carry Madie up in his arms and cuddle her warm, he couldn't.
She was all shy and red since they finished talking. She had Ellie on her arms, whispering things into his ear.
And judging by the smile on her face, he guessed it was about how she have her own Daddy now. It made him happy to see her that way.
For now, he has to be gentle with her. He can't just scoop her in his arms and expect her to be okay with it. She was adjusting to their state right now and he didn't want to push her.
