"Uncle Felix, can we buy some toys?" Rosy asked
"Sure Rosy," Felix said making me look at him
"Chill okay dad gd us to pay," Corey said
"Fine but first let's get clothes then food and lastly new toys," I said and she pouted
We went to a few clothes shops and bought a lot of new clothes for us all and went to place them in the car before we headed back to get some food.
"Good afternoon table for 4?" The girl asked as we entered spur
"Yes," Corey said
She lead us to a table and we sat down before she gave us the menus
"Are you ready to order?" She asked
"Well have three large lime milkshakes and one small banana milkshake," Felix said
"Sure I'll be back shortly to take your food order," she said
"Mommy, can I go play outside by the playing area with uncle Felix?" Rosy ask
"Sure my little Rose, after you decided what you want to eat?" I said
She picked waffles and Felix said whatever we're getting is fine with him
The left got go play as I looked at my phone
"You okay?" Corey asked
"He hasn't stopped calling," I said
"Give me your phone," he said and I gave it to him
"You better stop calling before I kill you got it," he said after answering the phone and then hung up
"Do you have any important on the sim card?" He asked and I shook my head
He took my sim card out and broke it. Once he gave my phone back he gave me a small smile and said, "You're safe now okay you and Rosy? We won't let anything happen to you,"
"I know," I said smiling
"Then stop worrying and looking around. He isn't anywhere near New York and if he is smart enough he'll stay away," he said
I nodded my head just before the waiter came with our drinks. We order some stakes for us and Rosy's waffles before she left.
"I'm going to go call them so they can drink something," Corey said and stood up
I closed my eyes to relax but every time I close my eyes I see him. I open them quickly and sigh before taking a sip from my drink
"Excuse me miss?" A kid said as she stood next to me
"Yeah?" I asked
"A man said I should give this to you," the kid said and handed me a letter
I thanked her as I took it and she ran back to her parents
I opened the letter and froze
'Did you actually think you could run and take my child with you?'
"Hey what's that?" Felix asked
"We need to leave," I said breathing heavily
"Arora, what's wrong?" Corey asked I gave them the note and pulled Rosy closer to me
"Okay let's go," Felix said after he looked around
"I'll pay and meet you guys at home," Corey said
"Okay come on," Felix said
We quickly left and he drove us home. Once we got there Dad was already home. Ge hugged me knowing what just happened
"Did Corey call?" Felix asked as he place Rosy down
"No, He was just here I took everything in me not to kill him," Dad said
"Rosy hun why don't you go play upstairs okay," Dad said as he felt me tremble
"Okay grandpa," she said and ran up the stairs.
Dad sat down and pulled me to his lap before Felix gave me a glass of water.
"Why can't he just leave us alone?" I asked and started crying
Dad hugged me and said everything would be okay."We can go get a restraining order and then also get him to sign the divorce papers," Felix said
"Hey look at me baby you'll never have to see his face again," Dad said, kissed my head before letting me rest my head on his shoulder, and in no time, I fell asleep on dad's lap.
