Third person pov:

Guilia pretended to grab her purse from the table, but the moment Elowen left, she walked over to Eliot’s table.

When Eliot saw her walking towards him, he adjusted his tie, hoping she would present him with an offer to buy his way with Elowen.

“Eliot, is it?” She asked, and he nodded with a smile on his face. “I’m sorry for the way my friend acted back then. She just got out of a messy heartbreak and isn’t open to dating again, but I can tell that you’ve got eyes on her.”

He raised a brow with a nod as he sipped his glass of wine.

“Well, I’m here to make an offer.”

Eliot dropped his glass, staring at her while she took a seat.

“Well, I must admit, she caught my fancy. I will be in the city for a few weeks, and I would like to try my luck. I might as well surprise my family with a wife,” he said, and a smile spread across Guilia’s face. “So, what’s your offer?” He pressed his lip in a fine line, holding onto the glass of wine with both hands.
