Amaira's POV

Two days passed in a haze, and I didn't even come to know how the time passed at this palace. Dominic's mother and sister are extremely caring and loving. They treat me as if I were a member of their own family. I am not feeling left out among them, they always make sure that I am feeling included.

Dominic is preoccupied with his preparations from the day he has come here. He wants his sister's wedding to go off without a hitch. He is behaving quite differently here. Since we have arrived here, he has not touched me or tried anything except that hug. Along with this, he is trying his best to neglect his father.

He wanted to make sure the staff was not wasting their time. I once overheard servants remarking to one another about how disrespectful he is. But it was not new to me because I had heard the same thing about him at work as well. Not only heard but have seen that with my eyes also.

The entire palace was being cleaned, and he was making sure that there was no dust
