CHAPTER 6

RAVEN'S POV

 Lia and I are here together with her friends in the cafeteria. We sat at the table in the middle. Earlier, other students and professors were staring at me badly.

 Tsk. I don't care about them. They just stare at me badly until they get bored. As if I care about what they think about me. Time will pass and they will also get tired.

 "I already ordered for us? What about you Raven?" Brent asked

 "Anything. What's the matter with Lia?" I said smiling

 "Okay. Just wait for me here," said Brent

 "Of course we will wait for you! Do we look like we have a choice? Idiot!" Lia scoffed

 "Am I asking you? I just asked Raven and not you? Get your food by yourself. Tsk. Why are you so mean to me but when it comes to Troy you are kind? Do you like my brother?" Brent's taunted

 I looked at Lia and stared into her eyes. Even though I didn't know her that well, I knew she was hurt by what Brent said. I can read as much as people feel and think by staring at them. No matter how much they hide it I will know what they are thinking and feeling. This is not my power okay? Someone taught me how.

 And based on what I see in her eyes. She loves Brent not just as a friend but as a man.

 "Of course not. I don't like your brother duh!" Lia said

 "Good. You shouldn't fall in love with my brother" Brent said, what an insensitive guy.

 And based on the words I see in his actions. He cares for Lia. He loves her but not as a woman but as a best friend.

 "Why? Because you're in love with me?" Lia asked smiling

 But I know she is afraid to hear what Brent will answer.

 "Of course not. I'm not in love with you. I don't want you to fall in love with my brother because I don't want you to be part of my family. I don't like you for my brother and we all know he already loves someone else." said Brent

 And I saw that Lia was really hurt by what Brent said but she still pretended as if it’s nothing. What a martyr.

 Brent was lying. The true reason why he doesn't want Lia to fall in love with her brother is that he knows that his brother already loves someone else and he doesn't want Lia to be hurt because of his brother.

 "Brent we're already starving just get our foods so we can already eat," Troy said

 Brent left to get some food. Troy held Lia's hand.

 "Lia I'm sorry for my brother's rude attitude. Please forgive him. You know him right? He likes to tease everyone. Just don't think too much about what Brent said. He's such a jerk you know that." Troy apologized

 Lia smiled but I knew it was fake.

 "Oh come on troy! I'm used to your brother! Don't mind me. It's fine really." Lia spoke

As I looked around the cafeteria my eyes caught a glimpse of Chloe staring at troy. Well, I heard Lia called her Chloe so I assumed that was her name.

 She's hurt and jealous. It looks like the three of them have a past. Hmm...

 Soon Brent arrived with our food. The table was loud because of the siblings. They are so loud. Tsk.

 Annoying creatures. They should be thankful that I need something from them because without it I would not tolerate them like this.

 While they were having fun here because of the awkwardness due to the loudness of the two siblings I looked again in Chloe's direction and I saw in her eyes the envy and regret but she tried to cover it with a bitchy expression. Yeah, bitchy expression. 

 "Raven, is it really your first time here in Avalor?" Lia asked

 "Avalor?" I asked out of confusion

 "This world of ours was called avalor." troy answered who was listening to our conversation

 "Yeah. This is my first time here." I said

 "Then we will tell you the basic information about our world. Well, it's our job. But we can only tell you the basic information and after that, you need to know the other information by yourself." Brent said

 "Okay," I answered

 "There were 5 kingdoms here in avalor. The Fire kingdom, Earth kingdom, Air Kingdom, Water kingdom, and Elemental kingdom. There were 3 worlds here in Avalor, Olympus which is the world of all gods and goddesses. The Magisch world of all elementals, werewolves, wizards, and other mythical creatures. We are called Magi. The Darkia is the world of dark elementals, dark werewolves, witches, and other dark mythical creatures. There are also 2 kinds of mythical creatures here in our world. The Light mythical creatures like us are called lux while the dark mythical creatures are called tenebris. The color of the Gods and goddesses eyes was silver; it symbolizes their purity and the demon's eyes were color gold symbolizes their greediness." Lia explained

 "That’s all the basic information you need to know." Lia said

 "Thanks," I said

 "Let's go now. You'll know more when we enter" said Brent

 We immediately grabbed our belongings and went to the room. It turns out that the five of us are classmates.

 Soon a man in his mid-40s suddenly came with orange hair and brown eyes.

 Almost everything I saw here was pure beauty and I was the only one who was ugly here.

 They all look like anime. I just need a cosplay uniform. Well, we don't have a uniform yet. We will only have a uniform and section when the leveling is done.

 "Good morning class I'm Rios Laurel you can call me Sir Rios. I'm your teacher in history. I know all of you already knew each other except the transferee." said Sir Rios and looked at me

 "Miss Scott can you please introduce yourself?" he asked

 Seriously?! Am I in elementary? I thought only in the mortal world where there is such a thing. Tsk. I was forced to stand up but I was still smiling fake. The difficulty of plasticizing.

 When I got to the front, the murmur started, if you can really call it a murmur with what they are doing because I can hear them loud and clear, why don’t they just shout what they are saying. Tsk. Bitches and Jerks.

 'Yuck! I can't bear to look at her ugly face!'

 'Where did she come from on the continent and does she look so ugly?'

 'Ewww! She was probably the ugliest creature I had ever seen. She is even uglier than the Virganians!'

 (Virganians- the ugliest type of an ogre. An S class monster)

 'hahaha'

 Everyone who heard what the latter said laughed. Tsk. If I cut off their heads, let's just see if they are still beautiful afterward.

 "Shut up all of you! You have no right to and insult her! You are beautiful and handsome but your character has been rotting in hell for a long time! Another word and all of you will end up in the detention room.” Lia shouted so they all fell silent

 That's good. Tsk. Sir Rios looked at me and motioned for me to start.

 "I'm Akisha Raven Scott," I said

 "Is that all Ms. Scott? Then do you mind telling us what is your power?" sir Rios asked I saw everything was quiet. They seem to want to know what power I have.

 "I'm an Illusionist, sir."

 I saw that everyone was surprised as well as sir Rios.
