11. A Prison Of Possession

Dominic Bradford, weakened by his fever, finds himself in his room, seeking rest. Throughout the night, Elizabeth diligently checks on him, ensuring his well-being.

As morning arrives, Dominic's fever has subsided, and he awakens feeling refreshed.

Making his way downstairs, Dominic enters the kitchen, where he discovers Elizabeth already preparing his breakfast. Her presence surprises him, and he can't help but appreciate her attentive nature.

With a gentle smile, she greets him, her voice soft and warm.

"Ah, good morning, Mr. Bradford," Elizabeth says. "Your breakfast is just ready."

Pausing for a moment, she continues, "Do you want me to serve you here or in your room?"

Dominic considers her offer, appreciating the convenience of having his meal in the kitchen. He requests for her to serve him right there. Pulling out a chair linked to the kitchen counter, he settles himself and patiently awaits his meal.
