INICIAR SESIÓNChaiwat POV
(TEN YEARS AGO) It was late afternoon when I arrived at Korn's apartment. I was supposed to be home, but I preferred spending the little time I had after school with Korn. He was a final year student and a boarder living in a small furnished house built closer to the school by his father to avoid having to struggle to school. Korn's parents were rich, they owned million dollar companies in various countries and even more they were among the most influential people in Thailand. When I got to his door, I took a deep breath and knocked. He opened the door quickly like he had been expecting me. On seeing his tall huge frame, I left out a huge smile and threw my hands around his neck, pecking him all over his face. “Missed me?” I asked. Korn nodded slowly. His dark long hair covered part of his face. He was not happy, I could feel it and just when I wanted to ask him what's wrong, he cupped my cheeks in his hands, bringing his face closer to mine. I closed my eyes and waited as his lips crashed into mine, his tongue slipping into my mouth gently and sliding with mine. Then he slid his hands under my shirt, his hands caressing my body as we both moaned. I ran my hands through his hair and down his lower back until I was at the shorts he was putting on. When I was about to slip my hand inside, he paused and held my hand, stopping me. “We shouldn't do this.” he said as we disentangled ourselves. I looked at him with a surprised face. Was he kidding? “What do you mean?” I asked as he walked back to his bed. “This is wrong. Everything we do is wrong.” he said. I furrowed my brows. I cannot imagine this was coming from the same person who had confessed his love to me. The same person who had told me he was willing to keep our relationship a secret. “You're kidding, right? You don't mean it.” “I mean every word, Chai. We should stop this.” he insisted. I could see him fumbling with his fingers. He wasn't maintaining his gaze at me which means he didn't mean it, right? I walked to him without thinking, gave him a gentle push till he was lying on the bed, then I positioned my legs but his sides and sat, resting my butt on his manhood. “What are you doing?” Korn asked. I ignored his question and bent in to kiss him. Our tongues were on fire and each twist and curl was filled with passion that none of us can deny not feeling. And just when I was about to get deeply into it, Korn pushed me aside and sat up. “You should get going. Your parents would be worried.” “Oh really?” I asked, raising my voice in anger. “Can you deny you don't want me? Can you deny you don't like me?” “Chai, please.” “You have never cared about my parents opinion in my life so why now, Korn? What is wrong? You even avoid looking at me.” “Just go.” “I am not going till you tell me what I did wrong! I love you, Korn. You even said you loved me too. Was it a lie? Were you–” “–my parents found out!” Korn shouted as he stood up and paced around in his apartment. “What?!” I said out of shock. “They found out and now I have a lot to lose if we don't end this.” “So that's the reason?” “Chai, I'm sorry.” Korn said as he neared me, “I don't want to do this, but I have to. My father is looking up to me and so is my mother. If the public finds out that I'm in a relationship with another guy, it could cause a lot of problems which will affect us.” I nodded slowly, holding back the tears in my eyes. “So it has always been about you. The secret relationship, everything has always been about you.” Korn reached where I was sitting and squatted in front of me, holding my hands in his. “It is not–” I raised a brow, expecting him to take his words back, to say it was all a mistake and that it was a prank. But he shook his head instead and said, “nothing.” I felt my heart shatter into tiny bits as I watched him rise and pace around. Tears filled my eyes, but I bit my lips to hold them back. Nothing has prepared me for this heartbreak, it was unbearable. Since he had nothing else to say, I rose from the bed and headed for my bag which was lying on the little reading desk. “Chai, please–” I did not wait to listen to his remaining words as I opened the door and disappeared from his sight with a tear finally streaming down my face. *** “We had a visitor.” my mother said as I entered the house. It was a little apartment, almost the same size as Korn's, the only difference was that I lived with my parents while Korn lived alone. “What did they want?” I asked as I set my bag down on the bed. “They came to warn us, Chai.” I paused and turned to look at her. “Warn?” She nodded slowly, her almost aging face looking sad even though she forced a smile. “See, I know you are into boys. It is normal at this age for you to explore and I am not against it, what I am against is not knowing your place.” “What happened, mom?” “Some group of men came here to threaten us. They said they never want to see you near Korn again and that if you are caught with him, it could lead to something disastrous.” “They said that?” I asked in shock. “You need to let him go.” “But I love him, mom. We promised to stay by each other's side.” “You are young, Chai. Love is bound to change.” she told me. I shook my head in refusal. It was not true, I knew what I had for Korn was real, it can never change. “Your teacher called.” my father said as he emerged from his room.” I averted my gaze to him, my heart beating as he stared hard at me. My father was known to be a disciplinarian so I made sure to always be on his good side. But now, and with the tone of his voice, something was definitely wrong. “Your grades are dropping drastically. Is there a reason for that?” I looked to the floor, wishing an answer would come from there. “None, right?” he said, then nodded. That was not an ordinary nod. “Since you have decided to prioritize your relationship over studying, I would like to make it clear to you that from now on, you have been prohibited from seeing Korn or being in any relationship till you graduate.” My heart began to beat fast. “You will not go against my order and that's final. This will be a good opportunity for you to get back on track.” he said to me. “But–” “–no buts, you are not meeting him again and that's final.” he concluded and walked out of the room. When he was gone, I sat at one edge of the bed and sniffed hard. Everything was going in a different direction. A few months ago Korn and I had been glancing at each other during PE and lunch until we bumped into each other in the dressing room. It has been filled with heart-thumping moments leading up to our secret relationship. Now, when I just thought everything was going to fight direction, it all shattered, leaving me to fix the pieces all by myself. I laid down on the bed, thinking of everything that had happened so fast within a few hours and when it was hard for me to bear, I decided to let out a cry.Chaiwat's POVBy the time I arrived home, Woranut was still awake. I walked into the living room to see him pacing around the room. When he saw me , he rushed to me and turned me around.“Where the hell have you been?” he asked as he turned me around once more. “Hey! I'm fine.” I told him as I removed his hand from me.Suddenly, Wut leaned in close to me and sniffed.“You have someone's cologne on your body. Did you sleep with anybody?” he asked me as I placed my bag on the table.“That is none of your business, Wut.” I told him.“I have to know. Do you know how long I have been waiting for you to come home? I almost thought you got kidnapped.”I narrowed my brows and glanced at the time.It was 11:59!Shit!Now I get why he was worried. I would be worried too if it was about him.“I went to visit a friend.” I told him.“A friend?” He repeated. “You have one I don't know about? That reminds me, you stormed out earlier today, was it to see ‘this friend’?”I nodded slowly and began to
Thanakorn's POV(TEN YEARS AGO)The school bell rang announcing an end to school for the day. I quickly grabbed my bag and headed out of the class without waiting for anyone.Infact, I had no friends. The students saw me as scary due to my temper and so associating was very bad for me. But not this time. As I rushed out to the field, my gaze darted around, searching for the one person I had waited hours to see.“Korn!” I heard a shout. I spun round quickly to see Chai running towards me with smiles. He was the only one who had no plan of leaving me alone and from looking at him, he seemed so happy to see me, but not me. I needed to tell him something.“Hi, Korn.” He said as he stopped before me.“Hey. Are you done with classes?” I asked him.“Not yet, that was what I came to tell you. You shouldn't wait for me, I can come over once I'm done.”“Chai.” I said then paused, the remaining words couldn't come out, so I gulped them back, “nevermind. I'll head home first.”Before I could lea
Thankorn’s POVI pulled up in the driveway and after locking the vehicle, I proceeded into the house where I was sure my father was awaiting me.Once I entered, I was surprised to see the family gathered with Naphat included. On spotting me, she rushed to my side with a big smile.“You are here, babe.” she said with a wide smile.I returned the smile and looked at my father who pretended like my presence had not been acknowledged by him.“Welcome home, son.” My mother who I had not noticed immediately said as she walked to hug me.“Hi, mother.” I said as I looked at her. It had been a long time since I set my eyes on her. All the while, she had been abroad spending time while leaving her husband to focus on his work. Now she was back, I realized I missed her a lot, but still that was not what brought me here.“Your father wants to take things to another level with you and Naphat.” My mother said with a smile. I could tell she was happy. “That was why I came back, I wanted to experien
Chaiwat's POV“Thanks for letting me in.” I said as I walked into Daniel's apartment. It was a modern furnished building with artworks hung up on all to create an appealing aesthetic. I darted my eyes around, from the huge chandelier that hung in the middle of the living room, to the bar section where varieties of drink were laid and then the large art work that caught my attention.“I got that in Paris last summer. It was eye-catching.” Daniel said as he sneaked up behind me.I froze as I could feel his breath on my neck.“I wasn't expecting you to come.” he whispered in my ear. “Wasn't Korn being so possessive?”“How is your injury? I heard about the fight.” Daniel let out a smile as he touched his lip which was a bit swollen.“I'm sorry I caused all this.” I quickly said with a light bow.Daniel scoffed. “Was that what he told you?” he asked me.“No–I–”“Besides you haven't answered my question.”I looked to the floor as my hands gripped my shirt.“I–I resigned.” I told him.All
Thanakorn POV“Who told you you could enter my room at any time?” I asked Chaiwat as I got closer to him.He was literally shaking as his body hit the bed.“I knocked, but you didn't answer so I thought something must have happened to you,” he explained.I looked at him for a few seconds.“Since when did you start to care? Last time I checked, you had someone else to avert your attention to.”“I–“ he paused , then let out a breath, “I was only trying to make sure you're safe.”“The person you should be worried about is Daniel!” I shouted. Chaiwat narrowed his brows. “What about him?”Realizing that I had run my mouth carelessly, I walked steps back and backed him.“What happened to Daniel?” Chaiwat asked as he stood up from the bed.I turned to him and shook my hands in my pockets. “We got into a fight and I hit him hard.”“What?” Chai said with an unbelievable expression. “Was it because of me?”How was I going to answer so that I won't end up escalating the matter? So instead of sa
Thanakorn POVEverywhere was silent. No noise. No call. No banging.I let out a breath as I looked around my room. It was messed up with shards of glass almost everywhere. Then I looked at my hand and noticed a slight cut by my palm.I sighed again.Suddenly, I felt like having a drink. Even though it was late, I knew a glass of alcohol would calm me down. So I grabbed my coat from where it hung on the chair and wore it.Just as I opened the door to my room, I felt something heavy. I looked down to see Chaiwat resting by the door, fully asleep. On seeing him, I gently held the door as I bent towards his sleeping figure. How stubborn could he get?The least I was expecting from him was to meet him sleeping outside my door! With one hand on the door and the other behind Chaiwat's neck, I lifted him away from the door so that he could rest on my arm. Then I left the door to support his legs using my other arm.“Korn.” Chaiwat said softly as I lifted him up in my arms.I looked at his f

Chaiwat POV“I got the job! I actually got the job!!” I screamed as I rushed out of my room and into the living room.“The house assistant job?” Woranut, my roommate and best friend asked as he stirred a cup of coffee.“Exactly!” I said as I shove the phone in his face.“Chai, take it back please.”
Thanakorn POVMy next stop after leaving my father's building was a popular clubhouse, which I usually visit after my return to Bangkok. I walked into the vast space and directly to the bar counter without taking a glance at anyone.“What would you like, sir?”“Whiskey.” I told the bartender, who n
