Chapter 35

The new term started a week after new years. On Mondays I had an abnormal behaviour psychology class in the afternoon followed by an art history class in the evening. Tuesday was still dedicated to biology and english, while Wednesday to Friday was dedicated to nursing.

Once Vasya had returned from Moscow, he and Sasha moved my belongings to their apartment where, as I had guessed the first time I visited the apartment, my belongings hardly made a dent in Sasha’s vast walk-in closet. Both men refused that I paid a part of the rent or of the utilities, but were okay with me paying for my own parking spot in the underground garage and for some of the groceries. I had considered leaving my car at Sam’s because I would commute to university with Vasya and only used my car when I picked up shifts at the restaurant.
