DAWN
Miles walked in with a stupid grin on his face. I looked at special agent Danna, who narrowed her eyes to a slit. Logan was back in the living room, followed by Danna's partner. His eyes turned wide when he saw Miles.
"Is someone going to tell me what's going on? Why is everyone looking like they had just seen a ghost?" Miles asked with his voice full of amazement.
"Miles, you're alive," I exclaimed
"Yes, I'm alive, last time I checked. Was I supposed to be dead?" He asked.
"We, I mean Logan, found your dead body in the shed. You were missing your head," I said even though I knew I sounded stupid as we all know that it wasn't miles in the shed.
