Katrina’s POV

My heart did a small, surprised leap.

It was… beautiful.

Not grand or huge like in the movies, but soft and warm and full of magic in its own quiet way. The room smelled like old pages and polished wood, with just a faint hint of something floral—maybe from an old perfume someone had once spilled on a page.

The shelves were tall and packed from end to end with books. Some books were old, their covers worn and faded, while others looked newer, their titles shiny and bold. The way the shelves reached up to the ceiling made the room feel bigger than it really was, and the soft yellow light coming from the little lamps made everything look golden.

There were big armchairs in the corners, the kind that looked like you could sink into them and stay there for hours. Some had folded blankets draped over the back. There were little tables too, with stacks of books left behind like someone had been here earlier and had only stepped away for a moment.

Katrina’s POVHe growled in response, the vibrations adding an extra layer of sensation that made me see stars. As he devoured my pussy, one of Liam's hands slid up my stomach to roughly palm my breast. He pinched and rolled my nipple between his fingers, sending jolts of electricity straight to my core. The dual stimulation was almost too much to bear.I could feel my climax rapidly approaching, like a tidal wave building on the horizon. My breath came out in short gasps and my hips bucked against Liam's face. He could sense how close I was too. "Come for me baby," he urged, his voice low and commanding. "Let go and let me taste you."I could barely stand, my legs were shaking so much from the intensity of my orgasm. Liam gently lowered me back down to the shower floor, keeping his arms around me to make sure I didn't collapse. I leaned against him, my face pressed into his chest as I tried to catch my breath. The warm water washed over us, soothing my sensitive skin. Liam continued

  • Marked By Fate: The Alpha Who Loved Me   Chapter 82

Katrina’s POVMy back was to the door. My heart leapt up into my throat.I didn’t dare move.I heard the soft sound of his steps on the floor. My whole body went still, but I could feel the goosebumps rising on my skin. My heartbeat was so loud I thought maybe he could hear it, too.He stepped into the shower behind me, the steam rising higher now with both of us inside. For a moment, he didn’t say a word. He just stood there. I could hear his quiet breathing, feel the heat coming off his skin, and I swear my heart was going to burst. He moved closer—so close I could feel the faint brush of his chest against my back. My body reacted before I could think. My breath hitched. My knees felt weak. My arms were slightly shaking but I didn’t move. Then, gently, carefully, he reached up and moved my hair off my shoulder, sweeping it to one side. His fingers brushed my skin and I shivered. And then he kissed me.Right on the shoulder.Soft. Slow. Warm.My lips parted in a soft gasp, my head ti

  • Marked By Fate: The Alpha Who Loved Me   Chapter 81

Katrina’s POVThe words made my heart skip.He stepped aside so I could walk in first. The room was warm and softly lit. There was a big bed in the center with clean white sheets and a soft gray blanket folded neatly across the end. There were two armchairs near the window, a dresser, and a small table with a lamp that glowed faintly. The window was open just a crack, letting in the night breeze and the sound of crickets outside. It smelled like fresh linen and pine.I walked in slowly, my eyes sweeping over everything. It wasn’t fancy, but it felt peaceful. Safe.Liam quietly closed the door behind us, and for a second, the silence in the room felt louder than anything else. It wrapped around us like a blanket. A warm, quiet kind of silence that made my skin feel extra aware of everything. He walked slowly to the bed and sat at the edge of it, his back slightly hunched, his elbows resting on his knees. He rubbed his hands together once before looking up at me, and when our eyes met,

  • Marked By Fate: The Alpha Who Loved Me   Chapter 80

Katrina’s POVIn the dream, I hadn’t seen their faces. But the feeling was the same. A strange kind of peace… and power. Like something ancient had wrapped around me.And when I woke up from that dream…My finger had been glowing.Silver flame. Real. Bright. Alive. It didn’t burn. It didn’t hurt. But it scared me. It had felt like something inside me had been unlocked, like a door I didn’t know was there had been opened. I’d never told anyone. Not even Liam. Now here I was, staring at the woman and wolf from my dream… painted on a wall in the Red Moon dining hall like they had been waiting for me.My lips stayed shut. I didn’t say a word.I just stared.I felt a strange warmth spreading across my skin, starting in my chest and moving out to my arms. My hands went cold. My legs felt heavy like I was made of stone. My breaths were slow and shaky, and I hoped Luna Marie wouldn’t notice. She stepped beside me, her voice soft like she didn’t want to disturb the moment.“That’s the Moon Pri

  • Marked By Fate: The Alpha Who Loved Me   Chapter 78

Katrina’s POVLuna Marie gently took my hand and led me inside the Red Moon pack house. The moment I stepped through the door, I felt it.Warmth.Not just from the heat inside the house, but from the way it looked and smelled and felt. The soft golden lights, the polished wooden floors, the quiet crackle of a fireplace somewhere nearby—it all made the space feel welcoming. Like a real home. Like the kind of place where people laughed and cried and made memories together. There were pictures on the walls. Smiling faces. Families. Pack members hugging each other. It was different from Silver Moon, which always felt a little too big, too clean, too… cold sometimes. This house had heart. You could feel it.“Your home is beautiful,” I whispered, my eyes still wandering.“Thank you, dear,” Luna Marie said, giving my hand a small squeeze. “We do our best to make it feel like one.”She paused in the hallway and turned to me.“Have you eaten dinner?”I shook my head shyly. “No… not yet.”She g
