Xavier could now see the similarities that he never saw in Lilith before. She looked more matured, and he noticed a certain beauty about her that seemed to be a combination of her own and someone else's.

As he watched her, she placed the brush on the counter and ran her hands across its surface with a sad expression on her face. She then turned away from the mirror, picked up her rollable traveling box, and began walking out of the room.

From the reflection in her mirror, Lilith had caught sight of Chul seated in her room, but she pretended as though she didn't see him. She avoided his piercing gaze and hurriedly moved toward the door. However, before she could open it and escape, he stopped her by placing his hands on hers, which were on the doorknob. This action made her freeze, her shoulders tensing up.
