Chapter 20: Attending to the wound

While walking out of the police station, Juhee spotted that Amber's right arms were all red, and her white sleeves were painted crimson red as if she was physically hurt.

" Miss! Let me take you to the hospital ", Juhee offered a helping hand.

To which Amber rejected flatly. " This is just a small injury, nothing to worry about ".

" How can it not be a big deal? Once you refuse to treat such a small wound it will turn into a scar before you even realise it. So instead of having any ere regrets, later on, it's right to treat it now ", Said Juhee.

Amber pulled the falling hair behind her ears, she does not know how to shake off this kind lady who just help her. She hates going to the hospital, worse when she has to breathe the same air filled with medicines and blood.

But the idea of having scars is horrible as well.
