Chapter 57 – Important

Caspian brought his wife in the headquarters for he can’t force her to bring her home. He quietly watches his wife who is sleeping soundly, he took a blanket from the cabinet and drapes it over her body but she keeps on removing it from her body.

His attention were placed on her arm that has a bruise till he realized that he is the reason why she have it and felt guilty about it.

He touches it carefully and look at it, he lightly massage it but she seems to be getting hurt for her brows are frowning.

“P—painful…” she complains.

Caspian stops from doing it and rakes her hair, “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to hurt you,” he wanted to kiss her forehead but he stopped.

He came out from his room and annoyed at himself, he raised his head to watch the stars from above.

“I must have stop myself from falling for her or I shouldn’t be weak enough to face her because she can’t accept it if ever I had gone into her life,” he sighed.
