Six years later.

The Imperial Elven Star Cruise & Resort.

“Rongyan, are you sure your boyfriend is in here?”

Qin Muchu surveyed the magnificent hotel lobby. “It would cost at least a few thousand, if not more, to spend the night here!” she said in disbelief.

Lu Rongyan gritted her teeth in frustration. “I’m very sure he’s here! Room 5888. Li Yiqin, that bastard went and got himself a filthy rich woman!”

Qin Muchu felt disgusted at the thought of it. This was insane.

“Rongyan, what will you do if we really caught them in action?”

She turned and looked at her friend, feeling worried.

“Beat the crap out of him!”

“... And you have the heart to do that?” Muchu questioned, skeptically.

Lu Rongyan sniffled. Tears were beginning to fill her eyes as she answered her friend, “To be honest, I feel really upset… I feel like crying…”

She and Li Yiqin had been in a seven-year-long relationship. From being high school sweethearts up until today, and they were even talking about the possibility of marriage. She had given him her best years and glorious youth, all but to receive his infidelity in the end.

She would be lying to say it did not hurt.

“Don’t cry, don’t cry! It’s not worth it, for a bastard like him!” Muchu comforted her friend.

Lu Rongyan was obviously emotionally unstable. Qin Muchu hesitated before suggesting to her, “Why don’t we do it this way, I’ll go in first to take a look at things. You stay here, breathe, and I’ll call you in a bit. How does that sound?”

She was more worried that if they were to go in together and Rongyan were to see with her own eyes, her boyfriend messing around with some woman, it would be too hard a blow for her friend to take.

The damage from only hearing about it and seeing it with your own eyes is definitely incomparable!

“Would you be okay going alone?” Lu Rongyan asked, out of concern.

“Don’t worry, he has nothing on me anyway.” Qin Muchu assured.

“... Alright, but be careful.”

“I’ll go now. Pass me the card key.”

Lu Rongyan handed her the card.

Qin Muchu had no idea how her friend managed to obtain that card key, but she did not think much of it. She took the card key and headed straight for the 58th floor.

Lu Rongyan wanted to go with her but fear held her back.

She was afraid... Afraid that she would see a scene so horrifying that she never want to lay eyes on if she could help it.

Qin Muchu found the target room easily on the 58th floor, room VVIP 5888.

She was about to swipe the card before noticing that the room was actually unlocked! The door was even slightly ajar!

How arrogant! Doing all these indecent activities and they don’t even bother closing the door! Shameless!

Qin Muchu fumed internally while fumbling into the darkness. With the moonlight from the windows as her only guide, she walked in quietly.

The bedroom was in the further back of the suite, through the spacious lounge area.

She opened the bedroom door slightly with careful hands.

Good grief!

Pieces of clothing were scattered on the floor.

A man’s suit jacket, white shirt, grey tie… Tsk tsk, the chaos was unsightly!

But with just a glance, she could tell that the clothes on the floor were all tailor-made items from the renowned French brand, IPAN. And those were not cheap!

This Li Yiqin has really done it now! After nabbing a rich woman, he even upgraded his tastes in fashion! A classic poser! Disgusting! Qin Muchu thought to herself.
