Chapter thirty two

One week quickly went by like a breeze and the wedding day has finally arrived. 

I was made-up by a woman and put in my wedding gown. I waited for my time to walk down the alter and when it was my que, I walked in. 

Everything happened so fast that my brain didn't have time to process it all. The vows, the throwing of the bouquet, the reception, our first night together. 

I hated it all and I just wanted to lock myself up. Away from everything and everyone. 

Gilbert attempted to talk to me many times but I shrugged him off. 

"What is wrong Kira? We married for crying out loud. Why are you behaving this way towards me?" Gilbert asked but I ignored all his questions.
