Joshua slowly closed his eyes after he took a deep breath and exhaled. His hands then lifted Clarice's body until she stood back in front of him. He could see Clarice crying profusely for the first time just because she was unprepared to be a mother.

"I need air. You should rest and not wait for me," Joshua said, his voice cold.

But Clarice pulled Joshua's hand as he was about to leave. This was the first time she felt scared to leave Joshua in such a state of anger. Maybe if things weren't so heated, Clarice wouldn't have cared if Joshua left or was even with another woman.
