"She's pregnant."

Joshua told the news to his family, as well as Clarice's family as he asked them all to pay attention to him. Without further ado, he simply told them the news.

Their expressions were clearly shocked that their marriage had already been presented with the good news of Clarice's pregnancy.

"What did you say?" asked Terry, wanting Joshua to repeat himself.

His mother looked surprised and he wanted to make sure she hadn't misheard him. And Joshua looked at Clarice. "Do you want to say it again for me, Baby?"
