To be honest, Madeline was still extremely disturbed and uneasy. With her current ability, she could not fight Meredith at all.

Furthermore, she could not read Jeremy's attitude toward her today.

I swear if I was to have a pretend sister pose as me I'd go to another country get a DNA test that isn't tampered with and prove who I am then I'd smack that smirk off of Meredith's face and put her in her place

it's not hard to figure out that Madeline is Jack's real mother. for Jeremy to be so blinded and not see through Meredith is pathetic. does Jeremy have a tracker on her. they always find her. just divorce him and be with Daniel
