Lucy's pov;

While Tyler was driving the car to home, i checked my phone. There were a couple of text messages from Mrs Smith, i opened it first.

Mrs S: You've been busy. I'm sorry i haven't had a chance to talk with you lately. How are you doing? Hope everything's OK in there. I hired a new waitress at our club. She's clumsy like how you were in the beginning. I bet you two will be best friends when you come back. xxx. Along with that, she attached the picture of the club with a message, Mrs S: I changed the backdrop. It was a photo I took of the club, which wasn't a huge crowd or anything, just us and a few others. It looked nice though :) xxxx.

I put my phone back into my pocket and looked outside the window. I thought of meeting Mrs Smith but how do I explain about the cast? I promised that I won't fight again, but then what if i told the truth? Or maybe i could just tell her some lies? But that would make me seem bad, i wouldn't want to be that person.
