King Zaron was once a powerful mafia king, who ruled with tyranny and had no regard for his people. He kills and takes life however, whenever and wherever he wants it. However, things took a new turn when he challenged a young mafia king and lost the battle. To remain in the mafia gang, King Zaron used one of his daughters in exchange for power.

PRINCESS ZAKY’S POV.

The sound of my blaring alarm jolted me out of my deep slumber, and I groaned tiredly, as I tossed on the bed. It's morning already. Forcing my eyes open, I was welcomed by the brightness of the early beautiful morning sunrise, which penetrated into my room through the window. It's another beautiful day to sing, play guitar and explore the city.

I yawned tiredly as I finally got off the bed and dragged my tired feet into the bathroom, while cursing under my breath. I wonder why I'm so exhausted today. Stepping into the bathroom, I brushed my teeth and had a long relaxing bath, before walking back into my spacious room, which was now sparkling neat, compared to how I left it, and I didn't need no one to tell me that my maid did the job.

Stepping out of the bathroom, I almost flinched as I was welcomed with someone, laying on my bed, while holding a phone in his hand. I huffed angrily when I realised that it was my cute brother. Will he ever notify me of his coming to my room? I'm a grown woman for goodness sake, what if he barges in on me naked or dressing up? Heaven knows I won't spare him if he sees me naked.

"You could've knocked, right? What if I was naked?" I glared at him, feigning annoyance. Of course I'm just pretending to be angry, I can't possibly get mad at my heavenly handsome brother, right?

"Oh please! Snap out of that baby girl, there's nothing to hide. I mean, I've seen a lot of it, girls gives it to me for free, you should be honoured if I walk in on you like that." He smirked, and I grit my teeth. Is this young man from this planet? He always has his way of getting on my nerves, and it always works.

"Tell me that when I'm in a bad moon, and have your head rolling on the floor." I glared at him, before walking over to sit before the mirror.

"Good morning, little princess." He finally greeted me. Ok, isn't my brother crazy? Is he just seeing me now?

"Good Morning to you too Mr , and where the hell are you going to looking so gorgeous," I asked, more like I was envious of him. My brother is the most handsome creature I've ever seen in my years of existence, not to brag, but he's the definition of perfection.

"Nowhere princess, I…"

"I guess you got no work to do dude, getting dressed for nothing, just to come here and intimidate me with your looks, like bro, are you this less busy?" I rolled my eyes, as I glanced at him, before I finally grabbed the hair dryer and switched it on.

He smiled and giggled at the same time

“Ain't I allowed to look good, huh? That's not fair baby, you're looking good, and want me to be exceptional, is that how wicked you can be, huh?" He asked, but I replied with an eye roll, and he scoffed

“The last time I checked, you were supposed to join father in the meeting with the rest of the mafias, right?" I said, while blowing my hair, and I heard him laugh lightly, like what's funny with what I just said?

"You haven't been spying on the old man, have you?" I scoffed repulsively.

"Never!" He scoffed as he rolled his eyes.

"Don't you think father will be mad at you if he finds out that you spent most of your time having conversations with me?" I inquired while giving him a questioning look.

"Look, baby girl, I would rather spend the rest of my life talking to you...like what on earth do they do in that meeting, and what exactly am I going there to learn? How to kill or what? Oh please." He rolled his eyes and scoffed. This is just who he is, unlike other royalties, my brother hates anything that has to do with the mafias, he likes living a simple life. I have been thinking about this since childhood, like why on earth will you sit and plan your everyday life on how to assassinate people? That doesn't just make any sense.

Melvis, Zaky's brother, couldn't stop staring at his sister, as he watched her talk. He had always admired his sister, her beauty and everything about her, as he always found himself wishing to marry someone like her, when he's ready to get married. He loved his sister so much that the only prayer he ever made, is that she end up with a man, who would love her unconditionally, and worship the ground that she walks on, if only he can do it, he would give her everything .

"What's with that look?" She inquired, snapping me back to reality.

"Nothing, just admiring your beauty." He shrugged, having a smile on his face, and she was forced to roll her eyes.

"If you have time, you can spend it with dad, than playing around with me. Now get the heck out of my room." She said, as she stood up and grabbed his hand, before dragging him out of the room, and banged the door behind him…
