"It's late, why are not you going to sleep yet?"

Avery cut the vegetables and passed them onto a container as she heard him.

"I am not sleepy yet so I want to try a new dish." She answered.

"Ohh."

Apollo focused on working again. After dinner they both settled in the living room, usually, he works in his study room and she never saw him once work in the living room but tonight, he showed up there himself.

Seeing him working his fingers over the laptop keyboard she asked him, "Uhmm, how about you?"

Apollo halted for a moment. His gaze intensified as his eyes were glued to the computer screen then it got back to normal.

"I have some work to finish."

"Ohh, okay."

Avery was going to sleep, she was indeed tired. Office works were hectic as she was the head chef now. She mainly planned to take a rest but she couldn't leave Apollo on his own.
