Tyler’s POV

I stepped into my home, the silence wrapping around me like a cold blanket. Every step felt like walking through thick fog. I made my way into the living room, slow and deliberate, and sat heavily on the couch. My hands trembled slightly as I spread the crack across the center table and stared at it.

This was the moment I had waited for. A moment I believed would carry me from the depths of sadness into the light of happiness. The moment that was supposed to fix everything—or at least numb the parts of me I couldn’t fix.

Still, before I did anything, I reached into my pocket and brought out my phone. My fingers moved on their own as I searched for Eunice’s picture online, as if seeing her would give me permission to feel what I was about to feel.

And there she was.

She looked like an angel that had fallen straight from heaven. Very beautiful. Very noble. Very elegant. The same graceful aura she carried in real life was frozen perfectly in that picture. My heart clenched as

  • Marrying The Billionaire Who Healed Me   Chapter 113 The Negotiation

Tyler’s POVI didn’t know what was going on inside of him. But I knew one thing for sure, he kept glancing behind him, like he was afraid. Like he was being extra careful that none of his fellow clergymen would walk into the cathedral and catch him, their priest, like this. Not just as a man, but as someone with a past he clearly wanted to keep buried. He leaned in quickly, his lips nearly brushing my ear as he whispered. “But I’m a changed person. I don’t do that no more.”I smirked at those words, a cold, unbothered curl of my lips.Did I ever say he was still doing it? Did I ever say he hadn’t changed? Maybe he didn’t hear me clearly. Maybe he didn’t even understand why I was here in the first place. Or maybe guilt was making him imagine accusations I hadn’t voiced yet.Truth was, I didn’t care whether he had changed or not. Once a seller, always a seller. If he knew where to get it back then, I knew deep down he still knew where to get it now.So, what was with all the excuses?“G

  • Marrying The Billionaire Who Healed Me   Chapter 112 Speak To Stitch

Tyler’s POV“Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned,” I breathed out as I sat in the confessional. The confessional was a small wooden box with a curtain separating the priest from the penitent. It felt more like a dark, cramped closet than a sacred space. If you stretched your hand forward, you wouldn’t even need to extend it fully before your fingers brushed the opposite wall. But the purpose of this place was not comfort, right? It was about truth. About release. I guessed that’s what made it enough for the many souls who came here daily to bare their burdens.“Speak. Father is listening,” said Stitch, and the moment I heard his voice, I knew.I recognized it instantly. His voice hadn’t changed one bit. It was still the same deep, coarse tone I remembered from college, like there was always something lodged in his throat, preventing him from speaking clearly. It was one of those voices you didn’t forget easily—especially if you knew the person behind it.I closed my eyes and exhaled

  • Marrying The Billionaire Who Healed Me   Chapter 111 Locate Stitch

Tyler’s POVThey say that in times of sadness, finding happiness must become a priority. That happiness shouldn’t always come naturally. If you discover a substance that can make you happy, then maybe, just maybe, that is your Jesus. That saying used to float around back in college. Especially among them, the users of laughing gas. At the time, it never made any sense to me. I thought it was just a way to excuse bad habits. But now?Now it did.It was clear, clear like the sky during a cloudless day. I rose slowly from the couch, body still aching from the flight but mind buzzing with unrest. I climbed the stairs to my room and fetched my laptop, the weight of my next action settling in my chest like a stone.Tyrone Baker, popularly known as Stitch, was someone I hadn’t seen since college. They say twenty children cannot play for twenty years, and it’s true. Life always finds a way to separate people, forcing each one into their own path. But if you really wanted to find someone, espe

  • Marrying The Billionaire Who Healed Me   Chapter 110 Get Sleep

Adrian’s POVI returned to my hotel room, and I couldn’t keep my mind off her. No matter how many distractions I tried to place before myself, the image of her lingered, etched in my memory like a flame burning quietly. To some, people like me are judged easily. They’d think I was a gold digger, assuming that all these feelings rising in me were only surfacing because I recognized her as the Eunice Morgan. But what they didn’t know, what they refused to see, was that Eunice Morgan wasn’t the only successful woman on earth.Yes, she was a Green Citizen. Yes, she was the wealthiest woman in all of the West. But was the West the only part of the world? What about the East? The South? South-South? North-Central? The globe is wide, and power is spread far and deep. There were also the likes of Yuriko Amari, Zhao Mei Lin, Anastasiya Volnova—women of strength and power I had encountered over the course of my career.Due to the nature of my work, I had the privilege of meeting a few of them.

  • Marrying The Billionaire Who Healed Me   Chapter 109  Get To Know What was Wrong?

Adrian’s POVI looked into myself deeply, questioning everything. Even when my eyes were on hers, even when my hands were still touching hers, I felt like I was somewhere far away, searching.Everything was happening as if it were lingering in slow motion. But in reality, it all unfolded within the space of five seconds. The more I thought about it, the more I realized this moment had little to do with the business partnership I failed to secure. It wasn’t because I just wanted something to go right for once. They say when you're used to a certain lifestyle, nothing surprises you anymore about that lifestyle. Maybe that's true. But maybe it's also true that when you've fought your way up from nothing, you're constantly looking for proof that you're finally safe. That you’ve arrived.I was a man who once was just a boy struggling on the streets. I carved my way into the harshest jungle of poverty and survived. I worked hard—sweat, pain, and all. I did heavy labour, took on jobs others
