Mrs. William was Surprised

Mrs. Aurel saw her daughter sitting in the back garden, with a sad face. She went straight to her, and said, "Cleo, what's wrong?"

Cleo raised her head, and burst into tears at the sight of her mother.

"Mama." Mrs. Aurel brought her body closer, letting her daughter hug her. She chose not to say much.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"Mama, why doesn't Grandma seem to love me?" the girl said, her voice hoarse.

'Has Cleo realized everything?" thought Madame Aurel.

"Honey, why are you saying this? Grandma has always loved all her grandchildren. It's just your feelings." she retorted.

Cleo raised her head, shaking her head as she replied, "No. Grandma has loved Dean's brother since I was born. Now she loves Axel brother too, but why doesn't Grandma respond when I do something good?" Mrs. Aurel was confused by her son's answer.

'Axel? Close to Mama? Didn't I hear that wrong?" she said to herself. She stroked Cleo's cheek, and wiped away the tears on the child's cheeks.
