After Alden returned to Summerhill, Hannah knew nothing about Alden and didn't want to know anything about him. She didn't even bother to find out who the patient Alden had brought to the hospital was. Hannah focused solely on her work, caring for Henry and the more significant, even more spoiled baby, Ashton.

They rarely saw each other at the hospital, only occasionally. Even Kimberly and Candace kept quiet about Ashton and Hannah's relationship. Hannah wanted to keep things professional at work.
