They'd been running for a few hours when Kane felt his mate.

“The drugs are wearing off but mate is still weak”, Kane spoke in his head to Xavier, he tried to mind link her but couldn’t.

“Brother I can feel her, we’re getting closer”, he linked his brother.

“Yes I can feel her as well, Kade said she's still weak, we must get to her”, they started running faster than they ever had before.

“Baby are you okay?”, he mind linked Nahla, checking in on her.

“Yes my love, any news?”, she quickly asked.

“We can feel her my love, we’re getting closer, but we still can't communicate with her”, he explained hoping to ease his mate a bit with knowing Selene is in their grasp.

“That’s great, please hurry”, she's been extremely worried about her sister, it’s been over a day now.
