I had wandered for days without any hope of getting to where I was going.

I had wandered for days driving through wasted lands with just a thought in my mind.

I was getting impatient, and so was Veythar. We had both exhausted all the options we were given.

This felt like a suicide mission.

It felt like wasted efforts.

I was on my bike driving, yet again passing through what I had thought in my mind to be the last wasted land that I would ever go through.

The dust was more than in the other wasted lands, and bones were littered almost at every turn. This caused my heart to break.

A war must have broken out here, and people had lost their lives for kings, alphas, and even world leaders. They must have thought they were fighting for freedom or what was right but they were wrong.
