Brielle's POV

My lips shook terribly and I couldn't voice out any word. It would piss him off I remained like this, so I stretched the test result towards him.

"Check this," I said and felt his hands on mine as he retrieved it. He chuckled softly as he read the result. A sly smile played on his lips and his head was lowered for a few more seconds.

"Brielle, you're pregnant." He mumbled and a beautiful smile came on his lips which restored hope to my soul. I moved closer to the doorknob should the smile be a bait to make me stay in the room still.

"Is it for me?" He suddenly asked and my eyes scanned the whole room before I replied.

I mustered some courage as I began to picture our kid, "I have never had sex with anyone apart from you."

"Yes, master." I responded, chuckling softly to ease the tension around me. My hand was shivering on the doorknob and it made some distracting noise which attracted him.
