Just then they heard a snap from the right. Jax did not bother to see who or what it was. He grabbed his brother, Jace and runned back to the pack. Wolf hunters don't walk alone. They knew better than to let them get caught.

Jax's father felt a rush of heat flood his heart and burn his face. He stared at the tons of men before him. He had called an emergency meeting and none of them dared not to comply.

Jax and Jace just told him about the intruders and he was angry. He was usually the sweet Alpha of the pack but now, he was otherwise. He sat on a throne in the large hall.

It was where he received his vassals. His legs were placed on a small stool. In his hand, was a cup dressed in gold and filled with wine.
