Baron's plan

Baron's eyes narrowed into slits when he was done talking to his father. He didn't even know his father still had his contact and he wondered why the old man had decided to call.

What happened to his favorite son, he thought, his mouth carving downward in contempt for his father.

He pocketed his phone and took long strides out of the room. He was curious as to why his father had summoned him to the pack house and even though the last place he wanted to be was with his father, he had no choice.

He needed to know if it was something that would aid his mission to get him and his brother's mate to himself.

A devilish grin split out on his face. His teeth gleaming in the evening light.

Baron walked into the pack house and headed straight for his father's throne room where he found his father.

"You called for me, father," Baron called out almost sneering at his father.
