ALARIC'S POV CON'T
It hurt as I left her, I knew she was upset but I couldn't think about it for too long. Wyatt was already on a warpath, mind linking everyone in the area that she was to be found and brought back, saying she was lost.
People thought I was a hard ass, but Wyatt was unpredictable and was often tyrannical, so I mind-linked Orion and told him where she was, no one else needed to suffer because of her.
