Damien’s POV“Come on, get in. I can give you a ride to the nearest town.”It was a kind offer but I knew better than to interact with Rogues. They had a way of luring you in, especially the females. Irina’s POVThe niggling feeling that had been gnawing away at me since my arrival was starting to fall into place. The warnings the woman had given me, and Damien. Irina’s POV The women hid us in their cars. As they explained their plan, I asked them if the shopping trip was a way for them to escape, then why hadn’t they all done it? But one of the women told me it wasn’t as simple for them because they were mated. Not marked, but their husbands had forced themselves on them. In the same way Ivan had tried with me, but thankfully he didn’t get a chance to go through with it. When they sneak Rosy in the car, my dagger falls out from her jumper. She gives me a weak smile because she was still struggling to speak and I scoop the dagger up before anyone sees. I felt horrificly bad for Rosy.
