My wedding was a glamorous wedding and indeed the type that every woman in the world would wish for and I made a very happy and beautiful bride .

My wedding was on the 27th of December four years ago. That date was specifically picked by me because I have always liked the winter season and the Christmas periods were my favourite part of the year from when I was a little girl .

I had imagined running under the snow dressing in a white exquisite dress dancing to “ceilings by lizzy Macalpine” and being playfully chased by the man who chose me for life and a man who would love me like I was the only woman in existence and as if I have been waiting for him my entire life and indeed I was a girl who kept waiting for a prince in a shining amour . sincerely at that moment it felt like all my dreams had come through .

I had also wanted the Euphoria and the joy of Christmas to still be in everyone’s heart . I was a bride filled with not only the joy of being joined in the holy matrimony but also the Euphoria of Christmas—the celebration of the birth of Christ .

I woke up at exactly 7:am feeling tired because I was on call with Nate Macdonald, who was my husband, until 2am . We went on and on about how much we loved each other and how we were best for each other . We romantically said our vows before we even got to the altar . The media team stormed into my room because we had planned to make a content with my wedding and it actually had over 14 million viewers .

They had wanted to make a video of me waking up before getting into other things. My heart was happier than it had ever felt for its entire existence. I was so happy that I felt my heart would explode. My cells danced like flames at a bonfire . During the filming stage i receive a text from Nate “ Good morning wifey “ that text meant more that the world to me , when I stepped out to the balcony and got the view of the environment and seeing how beautiful the arena was and how dedicated people worked to my the day special for me , a tear of joy ran down my cheeks and then was when the nervousness crept in . I was going to be a wife to a man and there was no going back but never and not even for a millisecond did I think or imagine I would regret my marriage.

I wore a breathtaking ivory-white couture wedding gown crafted from the finest silk, satin, and delicate French lace. The fitted bodice was covered in hand-sewn pearls and sparkling crystals that shimmered beneath the ray of the daylight , while the dramatic ball-gown skirt flowed into a long, magnificent train embroidered with intricate flowers and diamonds.

The gown featured a graceful sweetheart neckline, sheer lace sleeves, and a jeweled waist that perfectly complemented my figure. A cathedral-length veil, edged with delicate lace and scattered crystals, flowed behind me,secured by a dazzling diamond tiara.

Every detail of the gown radiated elegance, wealth, and sophistication because I

looked less like a bride and more like royalty stepping into my own fairytale.

Watching my dad dressed in a suit and coming to get i suddenly forgot all the wrongs that he had done to my mother and all the things I had to see and go through as a child , I looked at him in gratitude for being the source to which I was begetted , he was dressed in an amazing black suit in a way that made him look younger and from his countenance I knew he was proud and happy . I looked around and saw my mum and she wore the most beautiful smile, I saw my sister , my best friend and everyone in the room and all I felt was happiness that knew no bounds . My dad walked to the spotlight and right there I saw my husband standing , he wore a flawlessly tailored black tuxedo designed exclusively for his broad, powerful frame. The suit was made from premium Italian wool with a subtle satin finish. Its sharp shoulders, fitted waist, and perfectly structured cut emphasized his tall, heavily built physique without making the suit appear bulky.

Underneath was a crisp white dress shirt with a high-quality silk texture, paired with a classic black bow tie. His jacket featured sleek satin lapels, while a small diamond brooch rested discreetly against his chest, adding a touch of understated luxury.

His trousers were perfectly fitted and fell neatly over a pair of polished black leather Oxford shoes. A luxurious Swiss watch rested against his wrist, complemented by understated cufflinks engraved with my initials

Everything about his appearance from his perfectly styled hair and clean, refined grooming to the immaculate tailoring of his tuxedo spoke of wealth and confidence. He looked effortlessly commanding, elegant, and powerful, like a man accustomed to walking into a room and immediately becoming the center of attention. My husband was rich and popular with an Empire whose name traveled far and wide .

As I watched him that day I knew that I had made the best decision of my life making him the best thing that had happened to me . I saw him wipe off tears from his eyes , I watched his hands shake and I knew his heart was beating so fast , he gave me the most beautiful smile and a face that gave me an assurance that he was mine .

After we made our vows at the altar he wrote me a note and read it before everyone which was his personal vow to me aside the ones we make to God as instructed by every doctrine or church and ever since that day i have had all the words scripted in my mind because I had believed every word , every line and every sentence

“My love,Today, I choose you with all my heart. I promise to love you through every season, to stand beside you in every storm, and to celebrate every joy with you.

You are my best friend, my peace, and my home. I may not promise you a perfect life, but I promise you a lifetime of choosing you, protecting your heart, and loving you more with each passing day.

Before God and everyone we love, I give you my heart and my forever.Today, tomorrow, and for all the days of my life I choose you”

And for everyday in my marriage I had prayed and hoped he remembered the words in said and the happy woman he had promised to make me.

My Meeting with Thelma lasted for Hours , because it seemed like the more we talked the more she perceived me as someone who had suddenly become cynical about marriage but that was far from it , marriage is a good thing but it should be with the right person , I was giving my opinions because I knew Willian’s so well . I needed to make her understand that the term “ marriage “ gives more room for couples to have higher expectations, and many chances to learn so many things about each other that may not have been noticed before .In the course of my marriage I wasn’t the strong woman who never cried or broke down because of a man , it was actually the opposite, the difference was how I carried myself and covered my pains and stress in a different way . Being married to a cheating husband was exhausting. Somehow, I was always the one who felt ashamed of his actions. I worried about what people thought of me, whether they pitied me, and whether they secretly laughed at me for being the

It was a new day in my life as a divorcee who is trying so hard to achieve a lot of things that I would never have achieved as Nate Macdonald's wife.My hangout out with Thelma was scheduled to be by 1:pm and I was already sitting at our usual spot , the same Bistrow cafe that never gets old , Bistrow carries a lot of our memories but that’s not the best part , they make the best velvet cakes for us and for years it’s been our go-to . My instinct had told me earlier that Thelma would always be that type of friend who would claim to be held by traffic on her way to a meeting while she’s probably still at home trying to pick an outfit so I decided to arrive at the venue by 2:pm . It's 2:10 pm and Thelma was nowhere in sight but it didn’t surprise me but I kept looking at my watch anticipating her arrival soon . I sat by the window, sipping my coffee while scrolling through my phone, when I noticed a group of ladies at the far end of the cafe stealing glances at me. They kept whisperin

As a free woman , I am in the best position to be an activist for women’s rights , but before going fully into that , I wanted to increase my restaurant, when I was still married , I had less time to go to my restaurant and most of the time I avoided going there whenever I had a wound from my husbands beating or whenever I was emotionally down . Other days I spent my hours there , trying new recipes and overseeing the affairs of the management. I never had the opportunity to dream bigger about it , and even when brands called for deals I was mostly tied down by marriage affairs . It was around 11:am when I finally figured out what my starting point should be , so I set my camera ,tapped the record button, took a deep breath, and forced a small smile."Hello, everyone. It's been a really long time.but I paused, glancing at the screen before continuing."I know a lot of you have been asking questions about my marriage, especially since the news of my divorce became public. Some of you

I woke up with an aching head , slowly opened my eyes and realized I was in a hospital, immediately my sister screamed “ She is Awake !!” I turned and saw her, she moved towards me and hugged me so tight that I started feeling so much pain from the soreness of my body .“ It hurts “ I said with my voice muffled while I still tried to figure out what was going on I looked around the hospital room and immediately knew it was Elijah’s hospital, .Then slowly it dawned on me that I wasn’t back in time - on my wedding night , I was at the present day , the day I had fought and stabbed my husband.seeing how there were food items , clothes and extra mattress I knew I had been there for more than two days .My sister told me how she called me severally after I got off from the phone but he couldn’t reach me , she rushed over to my house and then found a lady in the house who had just called an ambulance, thankfully my husband and I were still breathing , she decided to take us to Elijah’s

The night air felt cool against my skin as we made our way toward the sleek black Rolls-Royce Phantom waiting for us outside. He opened the door for me, and I slipped into the back seat, lifting the hem of my wedding dress carefully. A few seconds later, he joined me, and the car pulled smoothly into the night.I rested my head against his shoulder as the city lights passed outside the window.
