Two weeks had passed after the party and Lakshmi was returning from somewhere with her brother. Whatever he said must have been very funny because she was laughing so hard.

Catherine's POV *At the hospital* My hands trembled as I opened the envelope. Arthur kept on insisting I visited the hospital after I had been showing several symptoms of illness.
